Essential Housing is a program that was created for employees in all industries and positions the ability to find affordable housing in the neighborhoods in which they work. Whether you work within the local school district, retail, hospitality, local law enforcement, medical, and or another industry we recommend reviewing the income guidelines to see if you qualify. When browsing through our online availability, please use the following guideline to identify homes that best fit your approved income limit: A floor plan with an “8” or “6” designation at the end denotes an essential housing floor plan.

INCOME verification

• Most recent 4 weeks of consecutive paystubs are required

• Income verification other than employment (SS, SSI, monetary, pensions, etc.)

• Previous 2 year's tax return (if self-employed)

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application, please present the following documents to our leasing team:

1. Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older. Due to income qualification requirements, applications for Essential Housing apartment homes must be completed directly with the leasing office.

2. Income Verification Items

3. Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets

4. 2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
